YUMMO!!!!

Okay If you have been to ZaZa's in the Heights or Conway, you know what I mean if you have tried their YUMMY ZaZa Salad! UM UM Good! It's made up of yummy Fruit, Goat Cheese, lettuce and some Super good Dressing! (Which Im sure is a Secret :)! ) anyways, its amazingly Good!

So I wanted to try and Mock it, however, It's not as good as ZaZa's, But it is Delish! I kinda through it together and I was pretty shocked! Simple and Easy & a MUST TRY! :) of course I have to share it with you!

(Yummy Ingredients)

Spring Mix Salad

Goat Cheese

Poppy Seed Dressing

Blueberries

Strawberries

Rinse the Fruit

Slice Strawberries and add to lettuce with Blueberries & Dressing & Goat Cheese

Wala! YUMMO!

Corey Turns 27!!!!

Yesterday was My Husband's 27th Birthday! Crazy to me how time Flies. I still Remember the Day he and I met for the first time and When My dad asked him how old he was he said:

"I'm sisssssss, Fixing to be Seventeen"

haha. I guess he was just trying to make himself Look older! :)

well, Now its 10 Years later and so much has changed. We have now been married for a little over 5 1/2 years and have 2 Beautiful Kiddos! Calleigh & Camp!

I'm one Blessed Woman to have a Man like him in My life!

I ordered him a Cake from Wal-Mart. White Cake with Whipped Icing, He actually was there when I did it and took over the Order. haha.. I guess he wanted to make sure it was done RIGHT! :)

We had Cake at home and then Celebrated by Eating dinner with His Brother Adam & His Girlfriend / My Friend, Ashley! it was a Fun night!

Of course I have to take you back 10 years since I have a New Printer. :) it scans too, so i Had to show this off! :)

Calleigh Gets a Tardy! :(O

Yes, The title pretty much tells it all! Sweet Calleigh got a Tardy, Sadly, It was not her fault! ha. It was her Daddy's Fault! :(

It's only Day 4 and she has Been on time and EARLY every day this week, It was also me taking her! ha, But. Today, Corey had to get to the Vet for the Cows we just bought and I asked If he would just drop our Princess off on his way so I didnt have to get Camp out in the Muggy Rain!

So Off they went. That was at 7:45 PLENTY time to get her to school seeing that we live like 2 miles from it! haha

Later on I was asking Corey How it went dropping her off and if she made it to her Classroom okay! He said she did b/c he took her there. So it already seemed odd to me, b/c usualy that early and her not eating breakfast there b/c she ate at home this morning, she should have went to the Gym to wait with her Class, Well then the made the comment,

"Yes they were saying the Pledge of Allegiance."

Right then it hit me.

"Corey. if they are saying the Pledge of Allegiance, then that means the tardy Bell had already Rang"

"Please tell me, you didn't make her Late on her 4th day?"

He just looked at me with this Stunned look and said...

"I thought that They could not go to their Rooms until 8:02?"

I just laughed and Explained the Bell Timing! haha

"No Babe, the Bell to go to Class rings at 7:55, Then they go to their rooms, the Tardy Bell Rings at 8:02am and then they say the Pledge of Allegiance and then the Bell to Let out of School Starts at 3:02.."

hahahaha... He said:

"OHHHHHHHH"

Pretty sure he felt bad, I did ask him what took him 17 minutes to get from our house to the school that is only 2 miles away, He then said,

"Well I had to get Gas in the Car and thought I had plenty of time so I did that first"

So the truth comes out! haha...

I sure love my Husband, But as soon as we picked Calleigh up from School today, she said:

"UMMMM, I think I got a Tardy Today"

(in her giggle voice)

We were just glad she didn't get upset!

So, Hopefully NO MORE TARDY"S! haha... It's only Day 4! :)

Jumping Back to June

After my Post last night I realized I never did post what we did on Camp's Birthday. I did post about his Party, But Not his actual Day. I feel like I owe it to the little Fella so here it goes!

I always LOVE to do things on my Kids Birthday's I know I loved being treated by my Hubby. So I have to keep it going for them. We always have a Party the Weekend Before or After their Actual Day so that family and friends can come! But to me, there has always been something about making their Day Special when it arrives!

With Camp this year, we had fun at home Baking Cupcakes and then making a Trip to the Park. Our son could Climb, Run, Swing, or Slide on anything all day long, So He loves the Park! We invited My nephew's and Sister-In-Law, So Camp's Cousins and Aunt :) to join in on our Fun Day!

The Cupcakes were a hit. It's easy to throw some Fun Fetti Cup Cake mix together and then their Icing as well! To be honest. I couldn't get enough of them! haha...

I can't Believe Camp is 2 already! Time goes by way to fast in this Life of ours! So here' s looking back From Day 1 To Age 2 :) Enjoy!!
